Just a quick thanks for the service you provided in installing a tow bar on my Subaru last week.  I can only say that the service I received from start to finish was excellent.  Everything from the pre installation communication, to the on time and professional installation to the post installation personal phone call and follow-up were outstanding.  In particular, thanks to Alister for his efforts and follow-up.
